CHEESEMAKING CAMEMBERT,
MASCARPONE +
RICOTTA

Come join this hands on cheese making workshop
where you will learn to make Camembert, Mascarpone
and Ricotta cheese with experienced cheesemaker,
Charlene Angus. Bring an Apron, a 300ml jar, a Decor
Microsafe Round Container with rack (1.5 Litre
Capacity) or a similar container with a rack in the base
and one other container to take your cheeses home in
BYO lunch. There is $30 non refundable deposit if you
cancel less than 10 days beforehand.

SOURDOUGH BREAD MAKING WORKSHOP

Unlock the secrets of artisanal bread with our handson
Sourdough Bread Making Workshop! Whether
you’re a seasoned baker or a complete novice, this
class is designed to elevate your bread game.
Participants will need to bring 3 medium mixing
bowls, a small baking tray or loaf pan, an Apron
kitchen scales if you have some, 500ml jug, a glass jar
to hold 300 ml, a small baking tray or loaf pan or
something similar,a pen for notes and BYO snack or
lunch.
