MAKE YOUR OWN CHEESE
In this class, learn to make your own Camembert and Gourmet Fetta cheese to take home and you will also be shown how to make yoghurt and ricotta cheese.
Camembert is a moist, soft, creamy, surface-ripened cow's milk cheese and gourmet fetta is a soft lactic curd cheese similar to Meredith dairy marinated cheese – also sometimes called “Persian style fetta”.
By far the best way to learn to make cheese and yoghurt is to experience it for yourself at one of our home cheesemaking workshops. Classes are suitable for the complete novice. You will learn how to make delicious, delightful dairy products – not from a factory or dairy farm but from your own kitchen!
Cheeselinks has been involved in the education of small-scale cheesemakers throughout Australia since our workshops are full of fun and laughter, as well as being highly informative. It is well known that you learn best by doing something yourself, which is why under our instructor’s expert guidance you will be the Cheesemaker on the day and make your own cheese to take home with you!
