ACCREDITED TRAINING REFUND POLICY
The Bellarine Training and Community Hub must comply with the State Government’s fees, charges and refund guidelines when booking students into accredited training. Students are required to pay a $100 deposit on accredited courses of Certificate II and above. These deposits are non-refundable, except under the following circumstances;
- If a class is cancelled by management due to lack of numbers or unforeseen circumstances, fees will be refunded in full.
- Exceptional circumstances that will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
- To claim a refund for exceptional circumstance applications must be made in writing to the Management of Bellarine Training and Community Hub, These may require medical certificates or evidence of why the student can no longer complete the course for consideration of refund.
